First Pacific Leadership Academy Partners with ANHS

 

          First Pacific Leadership Academy vows to assit Antipolo National High School in bridging the gaps in the implementation of teh K-12 Curriculum and the most anticipated Senior High School Program in two years time.

 

          Together with the research team of Antipolo NHS, FPLA will diostribute a questionnaire checklist that would assess the needs of the students, teachers and management team. 

 

         The information will help teh academy program the appropriate assistance for the schools. The program is timelined from February 1 - May 28, 2015.

 

          The highlight of the meeting of the school administration ang FPLA executives is the feasibility of teacher training, on-the-job training for students and conference on resource management.

      "Women and We men"  is one of the executive talks organized by the First Pacific Leadership Academy and extended to the mentors of Antipolo National HIgh School for free

      One of the books distributed during teh FPLA Conference is Rizal's True Love by Gemma Cruz Araneta, the First Miss International from the Philippines and former director of the Philippine Museum.

Unite thru BUKLURAN

 

         

                        Antipolo National High School organized an education summit  dubbed as “BUKLURAN” and themed “Transformation Through Collaboration” , August 23,.      A total of 200 guests composed of teachers, student leaders, alumni, private organizations, non-governmental organizations, entrepreneurs and the city and barangay local government officials participated in the summit.

                 The summit aims at (1) reporting to the stakeholders the school accomplishments for SY 2013-2014; (2) collaborate with the proposed school master plan for senior high school Implementation; and  (3) commit to the programs and projects of the institution together with other stakeholders.

                 Important resolutions made during the summit include the scholarship training to be provided by the Gateways Institute of Science and Technology to students who would pursue technical and vocational career., Technical assistance to be provided by the Sumulong Colleges of Science and Technology particularly to Baking and Pastries to which most students surveyed intended to enrol.

                  Parents who are certified masseurs and bar tenders and licensed professionals also committed to their services.

                  In a message delivered by Dr. Merthel M. Evardome, OIC– Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, she said that parents should be clarified about what the Senior High School Program is to minimize apprehensions and misconceptions about it. She also explained the need for a senior high school program.

                  Hon. Ronald Barcena, City Councilor of Antipolo City and representative of Hon. Mayor Casimiro Ynares III to the summit revealed that the city government is doing its best to respond to the needs of the schools in the city. He also added that  with the government that enables, people get engaged and eventually empowered and an empowered community will help make the program successful.
